All deliveries include tracking, with details sent upon shipment. Delays may occur due to holidays, strikes, or unforeseen issues beyond our control.

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy.
To request a return, contact us via the Contact Us page with your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange.
We will then send you prepaid postage details, and you can return the item in its original condition and packaging.
Once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges follow the same process, and we’ll send the replacement once we receive your return.
